Very good
It's OK, I Guess
Liked: Location was great being in the centre of town. We were only passing through on our way to Santander so didn't venture out on foot but the map we were given showed how close we were to local attractions. The receptionist on arrival was lovely. He helped and explained very well, in English, how everything operated.
Disliked: The hotel is very dated. Apologies if that is the style they are going for but it felt a bit creepy. The room was clean but there were many little black flies in the bathroom and the shower facilities weren't practical. It was difficult not to soak the bathroom floor with the way in which the shower was fitted. The aircon didn't really work and was noisy and having the window open wasn't an option due to the noisy street below. We had planned to have breakfast but on looking in the morning it wasn't worth the €11 price tag. We chose to give it a miss and they did honour that so we didn't have to pay. Parking is available but a bit steep at €13 (not stated pre booking) in a communial lot underground, which is a risk given how tight the access and spaces are. We just about fit our X5 in. There's no direct access to the hotel either so be sure to unload on the main road outside the hotel.
