Terrible experience! Filthy conditions, unhygienic, stressful check-in and extremely rude hosts
Liked: The only positive aspect of this stay was the location.
Disliked: An appalling, unsanitary, and unsafe experience from start to finish. Check-in was a nightmare due to rude, unhelpful hosts and a failing digital lock system. We were stranded outside for over an hour. The hosts refused to help in person and claimed they couldn't unlock it remotely—until they suddenly did, proving they could have solved it immediately instead of leaving my elderly parents exhausted on the street for over an hour. The hygiene was shocking. Strangers' hairs were scattered all over the floor and on my parents' bedsheets. The sofa bed (for the 3rd guest) was unmade; the bedding inside the sofa bed was also covered in hair. When I sent photos requesting clean sheets, the host was extremely rude, accusing me of lying. We had to sleep on top of our own clothes to avoid touching the filthy linens. Safety and kitchen conditions were unacceptable: my mother cut her hand and bled because a broken cup with sharp edges had been stored in the cupboard. The fridge was filthy, and the freezer was choked with thick ice. Absolutely unacceptable; do not recommend.
Liked: The localisation is very good and you pay for it but a little too much
Disliked: The accomodations is very small and for 4 people, it is not easy. The bed take all the space is the small room and the bathroom is very very small. The apartment is a doll house.... For more than 500 euros a night. Hum...

Ideal Short Stay
Liked: It is very centrally located and very close to all of the major attractions. The flat was comfortable and the instructions to gain access were provided with the host available by WhatsApp if there are any issues.
Disliked: The soundproofing between the flat and the flat above is not very good but for my short stay was not a major problem. Also the boiler is in a cupboard in the bedroom and was leaking slightly into a bowl which was not ideal but the cupboard had a door so again not a real issue for a short stay.
Liked: Great little unit. Quiet and comfortable bed, amazing location
Disliked: Just missed a few things like tea towels bottle opener etc,

Liked: Perfect location very close to the cathedral in the beautiful old town. The apartment was exactly as in the pictures. Well equipped, clean and spacious. A big plus for the great coffee & tea selection! Very nice owners, good communication and clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Top!
