Good
Liked: Great room and great location!
Good place to stay overnight
Liked: Good location, clean, functional
Location was the only benefit over priced for what you got
Liked: Location
Disliked: Thin walls small rooms
Liked: Easy and convenient location
Disliked: The rooms smelt so bad!
Liked: Very close to the bus station
Liked: The property is a good location but you can’t speak to the host if you have any issues.
Disliked: Unfortunately, this was one of my worst experiences booked through Booking.com. Before arriving, I experienced poor internet connectivity and did not receive confirmation of my first booking. Believing the reservation had not gone through, I made a second booking, only to discover later that both bookings had been processed and charged. I contacted the property immediately regarding the duplicate payment but received no response. During the stay, I was unable to access the property’s Wi-Fi despite multiple attempts. Reliable internet was important as I needed it for work, and the issue was never resolved. The most frustrating issue occurred with parking. The arrival information stated that parking would be subject to a maximum charge of €9, but I was charged €50 on departure. The security guard informed me, using a translation app, that this had happened to other guests before. The property should ensure that the information provided to guests is accurate and up to date. What disappointed me most was the lack of communication. Despite trying to contact the property regarding the duplicate booking, Wi-Fi issues and parking charge, I received no assistance or response. I have evidence of the parking charge and the Wi-Fi issues. Better communication and more accurate guest information would significantly improve the experience.
