Very good
Liked: Staff were very friendly, the hotel looks brand new and very modern. I love how environmentally friendly it is. It was a short ride to the airport.
I got to see the eclipse and sleep in peace and comfort..... the room was very clean.....thank you
Liked: Location and one of the staff members was very kind. I had thought I had planned everything but discovered that I did not have the proper European outlet adapter to charge my phone. One staff member, the older adult male, was very kind to loan to me his adapter. To him I especially thank, for he helped a stranger; I was able to get my phone charged and when I returned it, I told the hotel representative to make sure that he knew that I appreciated it a great deal.
Disliked: Turning on the TV; the on button was easy it was the TV that was trickier: Easier directions on how to turn on the TV.
Liked: It was clean and well organized. We really liked the entrance area. It had a nice spot to socialize and a microwave so we could bring outside food and enjoy in the hotel.
Disliked: One of the beds was extremely uncomfortable, felt like sleeping on the floor. The location is very quiet, but very far away from Madrid city center
best hotel, great staff
Liked: the best hotel I have seen so far, exceeded all my expectations, the friendly check-in staff, very helpful and harmful, air conditioner that actually works, clean room, new establishment, parking is always available, price is good, location is good, close to highway so you can easily find your way to the city center, I hope it will not get expansive.
Nothing
Liked: Nothing nothing
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: I loved the exposed timber in the rooms, columns and beams
