Fabulous
Liked: Exceptional lodge for the night with wonderful views. Very comfortable fully equipped with all we needed.
Disliked: There was a humming noise from the vending Ng machine outside the apartment.
Liked: A fabulous place! Clean, well appointed kitchen. Washing machine also available in our room (although we didn't use it). Great location in the historic town area. Very easy check in process - completed online before arrival, and key available at the property. Quick responses from staff for queries. We would definitely recommend this place.
Disliked: Parking nearby is a bit of a pain - about a 10 min walk to the free parking lot - although we were advised that there was no parking at the property, we didn't realise parking would be so far away. I wouldn't drag big suitcases from the free parking lot.
Lovely apartment in an excellent location, free parking, and reasonably priced
Liked: The location is excellent, situated along the main road and on high ground within the old town, offering a beautiful view. It is easily accessible by car, with plenty of (free) parking nearby. The apartment is very spacious and features a modern interior. Accessing the property is a bit complicated—involving WhatsApp messages beforehand, codes, key boxes, and so on—though the host is available via WhatsApp to assist you with the process. You can easily walk to the old town from this location. There was one thing we found particularly disappointing: there was a terrible smell in our apartment (2B), caused by a shower that was completely worn out and certainly no longer hygienic. We informed the host about this, and hopefully, he will have it fixed soon. Were it not for that issue, I would have given it a 10/10.
Disliked: Hauling suitcases up two flights of stairs makes you wish there was an elevator.
The apartment was spacious and well appointed. The outdoor deck was not accessible to us
Liked: The apartment is very spacious, clean and modern, with good ventilation at a very good price.
Disliked: The image of the key code was not attached to the email the company sent me, nor did the Booking.com message get sent with it in time for us to check in. The main photo shows a deck that is not accessible to all guests. This is very misleading, as it was the main reason I booked this location. When I called the location directly, the person we spoke with was impatient about sending us another image of the lockbox code.
Liked: Really nice location at the top end of old town with free local parking. Easy comms for check in and check out instructions. Clean apartment well-equipped kitchen wise.
Disliked: Nothing other than it was a bit too expensive for what it is provably because of the time of the year.
Excellent Location, Lovely accommodation
Liked: Perfect location to explore the city of Cuenca Room was cozy and comfortable, also of good size for a couple like us Kitchen was fully stocked with all that is required in a house
Disliked: No car parking was available at the property, but close by there was a public car park
