Exceptional
Great location and facilities
Liked: The location was perfect and the house had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi worked really well throughout the house. Cooking facilities and equipment were good and we loved the big TV.
Disliked: The only negative was the water pressure in the shower which dropped to zero when someone turned the tap on in the kitchen.
Highly recommend would stay again

Disliked: We had noisy neighbours walking up and down stairs which are wooden this echoed in to our bedroom
Fantastic rustic apartment in a beautiful location, with access to bars and restaurants
Liked: Great location with easy access to restaurants, free parking and a fantastic view. There was a bottle of water in the fridge and sweets on the table for the children which was a bonus. We loved how there were maps and information on sights and things to do in Cuenca set out on the table on arrival. Ruben gave easy instructions on how to get into the property and any other important information we needed. Whenever we contacted him, he replied immediately. We knew when we booked the property that there was not going to be any air conditioning but it was exceptionally hot when we visited so asked Ruben about having a couple of fans for the bedrooms. He bought and dropped off two fans within a couple of hours which was brilliant and helped with the heat at night. NB the air conditioning was being installed as we left.
Disliked: Could do with an extractor fan in the bathroom.

Liked: Great location, nice terrasse, wooden shutters
Disliked: Not possible to adjust water pressure with the old shower head.
Great family size apartment with easy access to the old city of Cuenca
Liked: Excellent location. Easy to park. Easy to walk into the old city. Comfortable beds. All fittings and appliances as expected.
Disliked: Everything was fine.
