Overall good value - you get what you pay for

Liked: Good location. Painless checking in. Clean room and bedding. Good range of teabags in room, couple of little buns and plenty of bread and jam that could be toasted in the hallway. Handy to have a vending machine for snacks.

Disliked: Water pressure very low in tap, virtually a trickle at times. The photos make the rooms like nicer than they are - or certainly, nicer than mine was. Supposed to have a city view but it was just a few metres of roof to the next building. Would have liked the facility to make coffee, not pay almost a euro for vending machine coffee.

Comfortable and friendly place in a good location

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean and the location was good for exploring the beautiful old town of Cuenca. I was given fresh towels and the room was cleaned after the second day, which I wasn't expecting - thank you! There is no physical 'reception' but Diego answered my questions by WhatsApp and was friendly and helpful. There was a coffee machine and general vending machine in the common area.

Disliked: There were some rather noisy people in another room but that wasn't the fault of the owners and I could block them out with earplugs! Most information was in Spanish, which I couldn't read, but Diego was able to explain some things for me. As the journey from the train station (and bus station) to the old town is a little complex, I wonder if it might be useful to include something about it in the arrival information. I felt a bit nervous about it but it was fine in the end.

This is a wonderful place where we've stayed several times. I recommend it for both one-night stays and longer stays

Liked: A beautiful part of the old town, with many pleasant establishments nearby. There are many wonderful and beautiful places both within the city and beyond.

Disliked: The parking next to the apartment is expensive, but this has nothing to do with the owner of these wonderful apartments.
