Fabulous
Superb views and a lovely homely apartment
Liked: Excellent location and views. Spacious and homely.
Disliked: The process of getting keys was overly complicated. The machine was impossible, but luckily there was a member of staff who was very helpful.
Good value for (little) money
Liked: Great location and spacious apartment
Disliked: Quite uncomfortable beds.
Liked: A perfect apartment, with a fabulous view, for exploring the many delights of Cuenca.
Nightmare
Liked: The property was nice and would have been perfect for someone with a car.
Disliked: The check in process is convoluted and creates problems. If coming from the train station you need to go the new town to obtain keys, then heave your luggage up the hill or take another taxi. As the apartment is not in the centre of old town, there are no restaurants or food shops. I found the whole thing so stressful that i stayed only one night rather than the two I’d planned.
Great property, have to collect keys from another area
Liked: Great property, lovely and clean. Fantastic views and a short walk into old town.
Disliked: Didn’t like the bad smell in the lobby area. Smells like sewage. Also collecting the keys in the town centre and then driving to the apartment in old town was a bit of a mission. There should be a lock box at the property. Seems unfair to make guests do the leg work. Hence 7/10
Superb
Liked: Wonderful location to enjoy with the family and great apartment in such an old city. Something we know is hard to maintain in terms of plumbing, cleanliness etc, and it’s clear the efforts they make.
Disliked: They gave us the wrong keys as they had just changed the lock and had to wait for them to come. But they didn’t take too long given it was a Sunday.
