Exceptional
Spacious apartment at the lower end of the old town. Quite a climb up to the centre or use the bus, Not many restaurants

Nice place but check in and Wifi instructions need to be addressed
Liked: Clean and comfortable and good location
Disliked: Check in was frustrating! Instructions said someone would be at property. There was no one there and I was faced with a locked door. I had to message the property to ask how to get in and which room was I in and what was the code for the room. Nothing in the room about Wifi and password. Had to message the property again! I’ve seen other reviews about these check in issues and it’s a pity the property can’t get it right because it starts the stay in a very frustrating way.
Good stay just inside the old town
Liked: Great location just inside the old town, next to the river and the new town. Good bed and nice decoration.
Disliked: Maybe because of the location and the huge spa bathtub there was a lot of humidity and the smell that comes with it.
Perfect base to discover Cuenca and surroundings
Liked: Comfortable with excellent location (between old and new part of the city). Fast response. Nicely warm considering cold winter days.
