Liked: My room was very comfortable! Soñia was so helpful and accommodating for all my needs. She even moved me initially to another room when I saw that the shower apparatus in the bathroom was broken, making bathing more complicated. Everything worked perfectly in the new room and the bed was very comfortable.

Liked: The location was very good, right in the centre of town. The place was clean and comfy.
Except for my two above complains I had a good stay
Liked: On my first night guests in a neighbouring room made noise which prevented me from falling asleep. A notice asking guests to be quiet after 10.00pm would help. // Another issue I had was when there was no one on duty when I wanted to get the key to my room at 4.00pm. I had to wait 35 minutes before the receptions appeared in spite of ringing the desk bell a number of times.
