Very good
Too expensive - for what they offer
Liked: The restaurant and bar were good.
Disliked: The room, I had a broken chair since I checked in.
Would stay here again if we decide to visit Cuenca again
Liked: The location in the old town is fantastic. Walking distance to anywhere and so easy catching a bus or the tourist train. Lots of bars and restaurants around close by.
Disliked: Would have loved coffee and tea facilities in the room.
Great location with excellent views from our balcony room
Liked: Great location in old town
Disliked: Although the hotel had an elevator, our Room had lots of stairs to climb with large luggage so we just left it at the bottom of the stairs but you had no room to open it up. We had to pay for breakfast which was not buffet but à la carte.
Pity about the staff
Liked: The room was very comfortable. The bed was great. Huge bathroom with reliable shower. Location was ideal.
Disliked: The staff. No-one at Reception when we arrived. Had to wait about 5 minutes. Staff in the restaurant careless at best.
Was an amazing town
Liked: Was in great location. No parking had to park in garage which was 17 euros. Which was ok because only stayed one night.
Disliked: Would have stayed elsewhere if realised parking difficult. Especially with a large car
Lovely hotel in the center of Cuenca!
Liked: Good location, helpful staff, clean rooms. We were able to park the car at a nearby garage for a good daily rate (through the hotel). Rooms were large and clean with nice bathrooms. The hotel is easy walking distance from the bridge, the Plaza Mayor, and other points of interest.
Disliked: The fan/cooler in our room was not working well and the room was overheated.
