Liked: Excellent location and comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Very good breakfasts but we went out for dinner.
Great location, mediocre hotel
Liked: Cuenca is fantastic, location was great ( near cathedral and central plaza). Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Front desk guy locked us out in the middle of a midnight check-in. Went out to the car to get our last bags and the place had been locked down and lights out in moments! It’s supposed to be open 24/7!! Took ten minutes of banging and ringing to be let back in! Also was supposed to have a pool, but website was deceptive… that’s in their other hotel across town. Not cool to trick clients.
Liked: Location and very friendly staff.
Disliked: No parking, but the staff did give us a ticket for discount at a pay car park opposite the hotel
