Very good
Liked: Bright and light room that has everything you need for a short stay. The access and leaving system, which is via an access code and a key lock box, works well.
Cuenca getaway
Liked: Great location, the place was spacious, clean and well kept. The hot tub is a fantastic feature to relax after hiking Cuenca.
Disliked: A kettle would be more useful than the toaster. The ramps stored in the bathroom where in the way, storing them in a cabinet would be better. Finally, the green exit light in the bedroom was very annoying, thankfully I had an eye mask.
Liked: The suite was lovely, airy and clean, with great views from the balcony. The location was perfect, we will definitely be back.
Disliked: I would have liked a kettle. But everything else was fine.
Liked: A quiet and convenient location in the old town, which was great for walking and exploring the old town. The view is lovely and we enjoyed our stay in this lovely town.
Disliked: The listing includes carparking but this is not actually included with the booking. When asked we were advised to park in the paid parking opposite - which is convenient, but an additional cost we hadn't expected. We also didn't know which level to exit the carpark to find our accommodation. A local advised us level 7 when in fact it was level 1 so ended walking/carrying our suitcases down a lot of streets and stairs. Better instructions for carparking would have been appreciated.
A relaxing stay in a dramatic city
Liked: Nicely laid out studio apartment, despite advertised size of 30m, it felt spacious. Very comfy bed. Within easy reach of the Plaza Mayor and beyond on foot.
Disliked: 3 improvements. A little more storage. A few more hangers. Better lighting in the bathroom.
Liked: Apartment lovely and clean with nice views in a decent location
Disliked: Very difficult to complete online check in which was really frustrating. Couldn’t get aircon to be cool enough. Plumbing not very good. No tea towel for drying pots. Difficult to get from the train station due to lack of taxis - needed to get 2 buses
