Exceptional
Liked: A great place where children can interact with a wide variety of animals. A mare, a donkey, piglets, ducks, geese, hens, a rooster, rabbits, three wonderfully behaved dogs and little kittens. For city children, it is an unforgettable experience to be able to feed them, pet them, run away from the geese or just watch the horse from the hammock. The most important thing about this farm, however, was undoubtedly our kind hosts – Alberto and his mother, who took care of making the breakfasts and dinners. In fact, the fact that with the homemade food we were given the opportunity to touch the authentic culinary culture of Spain and in particular of this part of the country, was not the most important element of their hospitality. In the first place I would put the environment that Alberto creates for his guests. For example, the meals, which take place at precisely specified times, take place in the yard at a common long wooden table with benches on both sides. Guests actively participate in setting the table and serving the food, as well as clearing away the used dishes, plates and utensils after the meal. However, the thing that impressed me the most was Alberto's personal attitude towards each of the guests and his desire to connect people, regardless of their origin, nationality, age, etc. To give as much of his value system as possible to each of them and to leave everyone with unforgettable memories and experiences. I can safely conclude that we found a great place with a wonderful host.

Liked: Eco Urbión is a wonderful destination for a family getaway, the kind of place where you can truly relax and recharge. What makes the experience especially memorable is not just the beautiful surroundings, but the farmer himself. Alberto, with his sharp humor and strong character, brings the place to life and has shaped Eco Urbión into a truly unique and welcoming accommodation concept.
Disliked: Of course, there’s always room for small touches that could make the experience even better. For instance, along with the excellent floor cleaning, a quick check for cobwebs on the ceilings would be a nice detail. A little extra maintenance here and there could also enhance what is already a wonderful place to stay.
Amazing escape in nature
Liked: There are places you enjoy and places that stay in your heart. Alberto’s place is the latter. Our daughter loved everything there from the animals to the food and the sheer freedom the place provides. Peaceful, clean, absolutely beautiful so that both kids and adults can enjoy. Highly recommended!

An amazing opportunity to learn and relax in the mountains of Spain
Liked: We are a family of four on a 3-week trip across Europe. Having been to Rome, we were looking for a more rural and authentic experience in Spain. We booked Eco Urbion on a whim, and it turned out to be our favorite stay of the trip. Located in the beautiful mountains of Northern Spain, far away from the crowds is a peaceful oasis. The rooms are clean, the food is great, and the host Alberto is so welcoming. He was a great host and we really enjoyed talking with him. For only being there for a few days, he really made us feel like family. He patiently taught our children some of the key tasks around the farm each morning and then we had the rest of the day to explore the surrounding villages and natural features. Be aware, it's not a fake "farm stay" resort. So if you are expecting a marble bathtub, valet parking and a gigabit WiFi, you won't find it here. It's a real farm with dirt, flies, and animals, far from the big cities. This is exactly the experience we were looking for and it was a great place for us to relax, unwind, and above all, learn. We highly recommended Eco Urbion if you are looking for something welcoming, authentic, and educational.

Liked: The stay at the farm was a unique and incredible experience. An opportunity to connect with nature and with other people staying at the property. The fact only 4 rooms are available make the experience very intimate and we felt we arrived with friends. Alberto is a natural host and a multi-talent person, and the dinners he cooks are highly recommended (they were easily the best food we had in Spain). His recommendations for traveling in the areas were spot on for our family. The kids loved the farm and considered it to be a home away from home. Muchas Gracias Alberto!
