Very good
Cosy and welcoming in a great location in the Sierra de la Demanda
Liked: Authentic. Good location. Spa - basic but nice. Great location for cycling adventures Great dinner at the hotel restaurant
Disliked: Town very quiet and we struggled to find any food our 1st night as hotel restaurant was closed
Miserable, we stay one night and move out quickly early morning

Disliked: Everything…no blanket in the room ( it was very cold ), no curtains at the window, no one at the reception we have to call them that they come for the check in. The restaurant was closed and when I ask if they now the receptionist was very rude and told go to have a look in town. It’s a good reason that the hotel was empty even no breakfast available in the morning! How can this hotel possibly be rated four stars it has such tiny, miserable rooms? We are on a 15day trip with all hotels booked through Booking.com and have been satisfied everywhere so far …this hotel is absolutely not up to a decent standard

Disliked: The fridge in the room was broken. No replacement offered

Liked: The property is charming. Lovely old building and tastefully decorated.
Disliked: We stayed in the attic room and there was no separate shower room/ toilet. Just a thin screen to shield the toilet which was in the same room! Breakfast wasn’t served until 9.30 and even then nothing was ready and it cost 14euros each! The owner was never available, hidden away somewhere. It took me 15 minutes hanging around to check out although he was at the desk when i came down but ran off somewhere talking on his phone. There was no apology when he returned.
Very good
Liked: Helpful and attentive host. Possible to take dishes and forks/spoons to the room. Good shower. Very nice view from the room. Spacious closet and bedside tables. Totally opaque blinds on the window! Very useful in the summer.
Disliked: No main light in the room. Gloomy in the evenings. Breakfast for 15 euros could be better that coffee, bread and jam.
