Liked: Staff very friendly and helpful

Liked: We did not stay because we couldn't get in when we arrived. Everything was locked and the contact number was out of service After driving for 7 hrs we had to drive 5 more to get home very disappointed and a very bad end to our holiday
Disliked: Didn't get to find out I would hope after making a booking we would have had better treatment We are usually very happy with the hotels we book with you
