  Really good

  Liked: Very typical but carefully renovated with all the modern amenities: fridge, microwave, coffee machine… The host was really nice, gave us a tour to the winery, recommended the restaurant and even allowed us to charge the car.

  Authentic old town stay, comfy room

  Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Our host was wonderful and went out of his way to make sure we were all set. He spoke no English, but we used translators and did well. His son, who happened to be there, did some translation for us as well. The location is amazing, too. Like stepping back in time. One of our favorite stays in Portugal.. We even stayed an extra night we liked it so much.

  Great little town

  Liked: Loved the atmosphere of the town, we walked to dinner and found everything we needed.

  Disliked: There was a small issue with cleanliness in the bathroom, but not huge.

  Hope we'll be back some time!

  Liked: What a nice experience! Such a beautiful place in a beautiful town and area. And the owner is fantastic! So helpful! We came very late (22:30) and very hungry. The owner took us in his car to a local restaurant and organised food and nice local vine for us. Hopefully we will have another chance to visit that place!
