  Nice location and good property

Liked: - nice quiet location - nice big garden with lovely views - underfloor heating was amazing - big tv

Disliked: - stained sofa. Needs replacing - property is a bit tired with stains and cracks in places - not much mood lighting. Only one main light in the living room. Could do with some lamps - the kitchen and living room is quite small. You feel like you are just sitting in the kitchen. - double beds are small. - utensils in kitchen are lacking (for e.g there only seemed to be one knife). We had to bring a lot of stuff from our parents who live in the next town to be able to cook - for e.g peelers for vegetables

  Disappointing

Liked: Location was good for day trips; clean and newly remodelled.

Disliked: Several roads in the neighbourhood were under full construction; had to park 2 blocks away and walk with suitcases on rocky dirt roads to access the property. We were not informed of this prior. Air conditioner did not work and co-host was unavailable. House was over 90 degrees upon arrival (3 pm) and booking.com had to assist with getting a technician out that night. Poor sleep due to the heat. Owner did bring a window air conditioner over the next night for upstairs, as main air conditioner still was not working properly. Too much time spent calling or texting about various issues.
