Fabulous
Lovely location lovely staff and lovely hotel
Liked: I like the staff the location and the room sizes
Disliked: The bed could have been a king size and also more updated and comfortable we stayed in this hotel a number of times and the beds do need to be more comfortable and updated
Good, clean, convenient
Liked: Perfekt for our requirements- ample parking, nice breakfast, shop nearby, big room, nice lounge to meet up with our friends for the start of our tour of Spain. Window could be opened. Quiet and clean. Helpful staff.
Disliked: You need nerves of steel to negotiate the ring roads around Madrid at rush hour. The approach to the hotel is not picturesque, but Getafe is actually not bad.
Good
Liked: Second time in this hotel, amazing… clean, safe zone, good breakfast….
Liked: location, friendly staff and available parking with nice surrounding
Disliked: Breakfast options
Over all it was good, great breakfast
Liked: The staff were very helpful
Disliked: The beds were a little uncomfortable
Won’t personally stay there again
Liked: All the tv channels are in Spanish and you need to buy internet to watch different channels. The staff were not helpful even during World Cup I missed watching matches because the staff couldn’t help sort out tv. Terrible.
Disliked: Communication and entertainment
