Good
Liked: Good central location. Good value.
Good value for money with facilities on your doorstep!
Liked: The location was perfect for me travelling from southern Spain to Santander and also if travelling to Bilbao. It was economical and very comfortable. Also overlooking the great river Ebro.
Disliked: The WiFi in the room was not working but was in reception. That was ok by me!
Good value hotel and agreeable staff
Liked: The experiences for the check in process, the room and the services were all very good. We were satisfied that all these represented good value for money. Staff were very nice and agreeable.
Disliked: Nothing really. A minor quibble - people visiting the bar kept parking in the EV charging slots.
Great pet friendly hotel in reach of Bilbao
Liked: We love this hotel for an overnight stay from the Costa Blanca to Bilbao. It is perfect for pets, although the fact that the pet friendly rooms are on the top floor is a tad inconvenient. However, it has to be said that dogs are welcome into the cafeteria area of the hotel, and this makes life much easier. We arrived mid afternoon on a beautiful autumn day, and the walk along the banks of the river Ebro was absolutely wonderful. This was our second stay and we will be back.
Good value
Liked: Just on the edge of the town centre. Easy access to main roads. Very secure parking for motorbikes.
Disliked: Slow clearing of tables at breakfast lead to people stood waiting. I had to walk up to reception from the garage 3 times before they managed to open the door. No bedside reading light.
Liked: Comfortable beds. In good condition, clean Reception staff nice Arcade nearby for entertainment Parking available Overall good value for the price,
Disliked: Poor variety at breakfast Sunday night lack of staff in the restaurant
