Disliked: Towels were wet Guy had to change them and room had not been prepared he quickly had to to do it

Disliked: The room was small and looked much different than on the pictures. We had the room on the ground floor. It was directly next to the reception, so noisy from the street and the breakfast area
Wonderful property and facilities, but poor service
Liked: Beautiful town, hostal in an amazing setting, great facilities, comfortable and quiet, aircon very welcome
Disliked: That we had to pay to charge our e-bikes (the only place on the entire trip where this has happened) and the fact the staff weren’t particularly helpful e. g. we were shown to our room by a man who didn’t even offer to carry a bag for us. It wasn’t a problem because we’re perfectly capable but it would have been a nice gesture. Basically, no personal service.
