Would not take much to make it much better

  Liked: Aircon Blinds

Disliked: Same towels for 3 days Bin not emptied. It was overflowing. Sleep not great due to road noise Never saw a member of staff so quite scary. No details about the hotel so we couldn't find the breakfast room at first. Found it day 2 but it was never open. No local area information and nobody to ask. Bed wasn't comfortable and the pillow was flat No storage. 4 coat hangers on a bar. No draws Very small shower but the bathroom was a good size

  Comfortable, Clean and Perfectly Located

Liked: The rooms were comfortable, very clean, and equipped with air conditioning. The self check-in process was easy, with clear instructions provided via email and excellent communication throughout our stay. We were visiting family, so the hotel’s location was perfect for us. It was very central and convenient for getting around.

Clean and well located yet uncomfortable and didn’t provide what was listed

Liked: The location is good. In the middle of the town and it is clean.

Disliked: The room was not as it was described on booking. There was only one small bed, 135cm, for 2 people. My booking confirmation said the room had 3 beds. My husband slept on the couch, which we had to look for sheets for, and then the hostel charged us a supplement for the couch. Which seemed unjust seeing as I sent them the confirmation email that showed our room was to have 3 beds. Even if that was a mistake, they should stand by what is published. Also, there were not towels when we arrived, which we had to go search for late at night and the air conditioner was still set on heat Mode, even though the listing said it had AC. The room was very hot with little to no air flow. We left our window open at night just to cool off a little, which didn’t feel very safe.
