Exceptional
Liked: The best hotel in Puertollano, great breakfasts, helpful and accomodating staff, very well stuffed rooms.
Disliked: Not many complaints, it was a good stay.
Disliked: It was dirty. Not clean at all. This is a 4 star hotel, not worth the stars. Very noisy, at 1:00 in the morning hotel staff talking very loudly outside the room with other people waking my family up. At those hours it would be common courtesy to use a quieter voice. Corridors very hot, no AC. We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and it has really gone downhill.
I have a pleasant stay and a comfortable stay
Liked: The Property was very close to everything. The room was big and comfortable. The air conditioner took a little to cool the room but works great!
Disliked: There’s no area to Park to leave the suitcases or to pick them up when you leave.
Disliked: Reception lady seemed angry Rooms were over heated Rooms were tiny. Barely could move
