  Room on Rua Major

  Liked: Great location in a lovely city. Busy crowds outside but not too noisy when we were above street level. The digital check-in worked remarkably well!!

  Disliked: The blind on the window fastened and we could not lower it meaning we had street lights shining in all night long our last night. We weren't aware that taxis weren't allowed on our street.

  Nice location, very secure,need better location for party parties that have a CAR

  Disliked: Too many passwords and the entrance door to access to bedrooms was difficult to access; no knowing that it needs to push VERY HARD to enter. We had to call customer service, then, they mentioned about the door

  It was a pathetic experience for someone with an infant

  Liked: a room with a ceiling fan and attached bathroom was super relaxed for us specially with infant.

  Disliked: First they showed that free parking is available but it was not. we had to park our car on rad outside oldtown and had to walk around 1 km to reach the property. We reached around 12 am. There was no reception to welcome us. We called the helpline, and they asked us to pay, and then we will enter into the property. We stood outside the property with an infant without a fan to make a payment but unfortunately, our mobile networks didn't work. We asked them to accommodate us but they refused. We went outside in the street, tried from there, and it worked. The staff was super non-cooperative and nobody was there to even guide us. there was not a single plate to eat and drink something.
