  V good location and comfortable stay

  Liked: The location Beds and sofa comfy It had a pool although the pool was a bit small

  Disliked: The furniture was a bit cheap. The bedroom shelf fell several times Shower drain was blocked so water spilling out on to floor so we unblocked it and took the hair out then it was ok The clothes hook was stuck on wall and fell off Pans in kitchen old and uneven at bottom Nearly broke table when I leaned on it. Glass table a bit unstable

  Disliked: The spot for parking was occupied by another vehicle, and the person who provided us with the keys told us to park in another slot. The next day, our moto was changed to another place without informing us, and afterward, we received a call from the staff claiming we had parked in the wrong place. After explaining the information previously provided, they asked us to move the moto to another slot. On checkout day, another staff member was very rude, accusing us of parking in the wrong slot. This situation was unpleasant and revealed a lack of organisation among the staff. Also, the quality of hygiene products was low.

  Liked: Very nice staff and lovely apartment in a great area. Staff was so friendly and let us in after hours and was not mad when we accidentally left the keys in the room. Beautiful apartment, comfy beds, dog friendly with a nice grass and park nearby to walk the dogs. Easy underground, safe parking and an elevator right to the room from the parking. I like being walking distance from everything but not in the chaotic center.
