  Great location, bad communication, used to be good now less so

  Liked: Location in historic part of town was great, albeit it meant noisy nights. The apartment had two bathrooms and was spacious. The beds were comfortable.

  Disliked: The sofa was very stained and very uncomfortable, so sitting in the living room was not a pleasant experience. Although the apartment was generally well equipped, there were only two very small glasses to drink from (there were mugs for hot drinks), and one of them was badly chipped, making it unusable. There were just four hangers in this family apartment, although we were able to obtain more when we called and requested some. But that was the only time we were able to reach management. At no point during our five-day stay did we see any staff anywhere or manage to reach them by phone or via their WhatsApp number. I tried contacting them about the glasses and later to inquire whether we could check out an hour later than the announced time but they didn’t answer any of my messages on WhatsApp and they put me on hold for 10 minutes on the phone and then disconnected. We’d stayed at this building three years earlier and it was in much better shape and communication with management used to work. For the price i definitely expected better than what we got.

  Superb apartment & incredible location!

  Liked: I absolutely loved the studio, really easy check in and extremely convenient location. Decor was cute too and definitely felt at home here! Within minutes of the centre and the university making it easy for me to attend the conference. Also extremely safe with great aircon and soundproofing!

  Woild definitely repeat, perfect location and feels like home!

  Liked: It felt like home. Perfect location in the old town, everything in short walking distance. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds and sofa. AC even in the small room.

  Disliked: A kitchen towel would have been good.

  A nice apartments in the heart of the city, but with some specifics

  Liked: The apartments are quite spacious and have a well packed kitchen. The location is excellent - right next to the Plaza Mayor and all the main tourist attractions.

  Disliked: You can't really drive to the hotel: to street is pedestrian, so if you have lots of baggage, like we did, it is going to be a challenge. Besides, you can't drive in this area (you will get a fine unless you're using their partner parking which, hopefully, registers you in a whitelist). Finally, the elevator in the building is extremely slow.
