  Perfect apartment, perfect location, perfect host!

  Liked: It was perfect!!! The location couldn’t have been better; just by the market and a few hundred steps from the Plaza Mayor. It was spotlessly clean and superbly appointed, with thoughtful touches. It had absolutely everything we needed, and more. Some reviews mentioned it was noisy. It really wasn’t while we were there. Fernando was an amazing host. He welcomed us warmly, despite our late arrival. He made sure we had everything that we needed, and checked we knew how everything worked. He looked after us during our stay, without ever being intrusive.

  Disliked: There is a little street noise, but that’s to be expected when you stay near the Plaza Mayor.

  Absolutely perfect apartment, host and centrally located for the wonderful Salamanca. Go!

  Liked: The host, Fernando, was a perfect host and made us feel very special. The apartments are a 11/10! Perfect location and the apartment was wonderful and Salamanca is a wonderful place to visit.

  Excellent place to stay, we hope to visit again

  Liked: The apartment was fantastic, great location in the center of Salamanca. Exceptionally clean and tidy, great place for a time to get-away. The host was exceptional, with plenty of information on local amenities and cultural/historical places and social entertainment available.

  Disliked: I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like, because it was all good. Just for other travellers - it is a city center apartment and there is street noise that could be heard in the apartment, but even that was less than I anticipated.

  Fernando is the reason private accommodations like booking.com and airbnb are so wonderful

  Liked: I will first thank Fernando for his wonderful hosting of his beautiful apartment in Salamanca Spain. If you are wondering where to stay, I recommend his apartment emphatically and you won’t be disappointed. Firstly, it is in the perfect location close to the amazing Plaza Mayor but, also to all the main tourist destinations like the two cathedrals, the University of Salamanca, and the house of Shells. The apartment was furnished with comfortable furniture, there was a nice outside patio to enjoy a coffee, and the heat was excellent and kept us toasty. There was everything you could want in an apartment including a nice well appointed bathroom, a washing machine if you are staying a week along with a full kitchen, and two very clean, comfortable bedrooms. Even the towels were extra soft and thick. My friend said he was going home and find out where he could buy these amazing towels. Finally, Fernando provided us with restaurants and things to do which could have kept us busy for a week! Once again, I recommend fully this place for your magical trip to Salamanca!

  Cannot recommend this apartment enough

  Liked: An amazing property, clean, bright and very well presented. More than that though Fernando was the best host I’ve ever dealt with, nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. We will definitely be back ☺️
