  Comfortable and spacious apartment in central location with a great view

  Liked: The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. The location was great for exploring Salamanca and conveniently close to an underground car park. The digital keys worked well but be aware they activate and deactivate at precisely the indicated check-in and check-out times, so any variation needs to be arranged in advance. The fact it was pet friendly and there is a nice park a 5-minute walk away was another bonus.

  Disliked: Small point, but the kitchen could be better equipped with a few more glasses and pans, a tea towel and perhaps some of the basics such as salt and oil for guests who want to cook there.

  Incredible location

  Liked: Fantastic location- able to walk to all of the main tourist sites in around 5 minutes. Plenty of cafes nearby including Santa Gloria on the next street and Carrefour opposite. The place was spacious and very clean.

  Disliked: If you are a light sleeper you might need to bring some ear buds for the weekend as this is a busy pedestrian street. Couldn’t get the coffeemaker to work even with manufacturers manual and oven likes to turn itself off every 10 minutes. But, as most cafes open around 8-8.30am and with lots of restaurants down the road it wasn’t a big deal.

  Muy buena ubicación pero eso es todo

  Liked: La ubicación es ideal sobre todo si vas como nosotros una noche de tránsito. Porque es fácil llegar, el parking está al lado y aún así está muy cerca andando a todos los puntos de interés. Además hay un Carrefour grande a menos de 100 metros. si fuéramos solo dos no tendríamos muchas quejas pero no fue el caso.

  Disliked: El apartamento no está preparado para 4 personas y no está preparado para visitias largas. Como era solo una noche nos dio igual pero la cocina está muy mal equipada, no hay apenas nada, tampoco hay congelador. Supuestamente hay pero hemos mirado por todas partes y no había y al preguntar simplemente nos dijeron que si había sin indicar donde estaría este misterioso congelador. El aire acondicionado del dormitorio no funciona y si funciona va fatal porque allí no salía aire. Las almohadas son del siglo pasado con el relleno horrible. Pero lo peor de todo y lo que no podemos aceptar es que el sofá cama es antiquísimo y la parte que se saca está rota y se cae con la consecuencia de que mi hijo se pasó la noche con la cama arriba y el cuerpo caído abajo. El pobre la volvió a subir 3 veces pero al rato volvía a caer. Nosotros reservamos para 4 así que si había fallos con el sofá cama nos lo tenían que haber comunicado. Y cuando lo he comunicado esta mañana no me han contestado nisiquiera.

  Perfect stay!

  Liked: It was very quiet but very close to everything. There was a heat wave when I arrived and the manager kindly had a fan sent over to supplement the air conditioning. The room had every amenity you might need for a short stay and more. It is across from a good market, so you can also purchase whatever food or snacks you might want.

  Disliked: Nothing. It was lovely!
