  Liked: Fabulous location, loads to see nearby and so many bars and restaurants. Even so it was very quiet overnight with no appreciable noise. The lift was appreciated as our room was on the top floor.

  Liked: Staff was super responsive especially cause I was nervous due a late arrival. Next time I will have to figure out how to get the room facing the plaza!

  Liked: Overlooked the Plaza Mayor, was clean and comfortable

  Disliked: Check-in wasn't at the hotel itself; we had to walk half a mile to another hotel to get the keys, and this information was not communicated in the listing. Also, even though the location was great, the booking with expensive given the size of the rooms and the fact that we were on the 3rd and 4th floors rather than directly over the plaza.
