  Not good

  Liked: The bath tub had no stopper. And no disability bar to assist in getting out of the tub and it was extremely narrow space to manage it would take all my strength to get it it of the tub. And towels were not that soft

  Great base for city exploration

  Liked: Great location in the centre of the city within easy reach of all. Really helpful staff and nice to have left luggage facilities too. Great sized room and a lovely comfy wide bed. Quiet too. Breakfast was very adequate and gluten free bread was provided without issue. Very good value stay and would recommend to all.

  The City with no soul

  Liked: Nothing to be honest

  Disliked: Lack of communication skills They need lessons in customer service Almost impossible to communicate with all three individuals I spoke to. The directions to the car park need to be cleaner and clearer. This is within a pedestrianised zone and very confusing. The only good thing was the location of the bar opposite, good food, nice wine and gracious host. The hotel owners could learn a lot from the young man running it that evening.

  A pleasant stay in a strategic location

  Liked: We stayed two nights, the room was a little bit small, but not too much to complain, and slightly noisy, insulation could be improved. Position is excellent, centrally located, few minutes away from everywhere, even walking distance from La Alamedilla train station. Staff is great, very helpful and extremely kind and a good source of information. All room amenities working good, comfortable beds. Breakfast was a tad disappointing.

  Disliked: Breakfast can be improved, not the best quality of food.

  Great location

  Liked: Excellent staff and location, comfortable room and spacious. Walking distance to everything we needed. Cafes and restaurants right outside and in the hotel.

  Disliked: Street noise and bathroom could have a better layout, it's very tight, but it does the job.
