  Disliked: Booked for 2 adults and a baby and clearly stated the age of the baby when asked. I requested a crib and had no response. When we arrived at the hotel we found in the room only 1 very small double bed. We messaged politely to ask if we could have the bed for the baby and we had to pay extra to move rooms to be able to sleep the baby. We did so immediately. When we moved to the new room, we found 1 small double bed and 1 single bed. We questioned this and they then told me they had no crib and we were to put the baby in the single bed or push the beds together. The owner then stopped responding to me and refused to refund the extra money. The state of the room was very unclean, and unsafe for us - let alone a baby.
