  Budget and central

  Liked: The location, the view from terrace and quick responses and updates.

  Overpriced hotel

  Liked: Location is good to go to the touristy areas.

  Disliked: There was a half drunk water pet bottle as it’s new on the desk. I found it disgusting. The spotlights right at outside the balcony, so it couldn’t be completely dark in the room to sleep. On Friday night there were partying and drunk people shouting on the street that disturbed the sleep. The bed was old and not comfortable at all.

  Great location, disappointing hotel - drop it from your inventory, Booking.com!

  Liked: The location is excellent.

  Disliked: The hotel sent way too many emails and text messages once I had booked the room - information overload! But in none of those messages was it explained that the only way to check in was via their online booking tool. It was not explained that the hotel is locked at the street and there is no staff to check you in. Also, the parking garage is in a different physical location from the hotel and not easy to find. Once at the parking garage it was necessary to call someone in the hotel management to try to get a code to open the garage door. Once in the hotel room, we were greeted by the sight of either a dark drink, or vomit, splashed onto one of the walls. The light fixtures were cracked, the toilet was old and stained, handles were loose and there were no glasses or hand towels in the bathroom.
