Liked: Staff very pleasant and helpful

Disliked: My room was crowded with two big beds shoved together and had almost no floor space even for one person.

Liked: Nice looking rooms, stylish and very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is on a quiet street very close to the centre and also convenient for the river walks.

Disliked: Sound proofing is zero. You can hear next door's conversation and TV, the phone in reception, the plates being put out for breakfast, every passer-by etc. It is a shame as otherwise this is a nice hotel. If you can sleep on a bus or a plane, you'll be fine... if not...
