  Tossing and turning

  Liked: Location is great, right on the Plaza.

  Disliked: No one is available to check you in until 6:30pm Beds are very uncomfortable. Also the Mercado side is very loud starting very early in the morning.

  Please provide accurate information regarding access time frames and distance to and from parking

  Disliked: A 10 minute walk carrying luggage to the room and within the very restricted late in the day time frame that was convenient only to the manager Not the customer we burned on the room and chose a real hotel...also. parking was not clearly described and was actually about a 10 minute adventure walk through throngs of pedestrian traffic with bags... the restricted time to access check-in was not accurately described...and because of these important issues we booked at a regular hotels for the night and burned for the cost of this disappointment..also the room was accessed from the mayor square but not looking into the square views of the back streets only...a big disappointment and expensive too

  Great location and view

  Liked: The location was awesome right on the main plaza of Salamanca. The room itself was as advertised, nice for sleeping 2-3 days at the most, but no other conforts aside from beds, a fan and a heater which we did not use.

  Disliked: Given the description of the bedroom I wasn't expecting much but to have somewhere to sleep for 1 night and for that purpose it was ok.

  Liked: We had always wanted to stay in the mayors plaza in Salamanca, and it was great to watch the square, both day and night.

  Disliked: The stairs, but we knew about them beforehand. We are touring for 2 months on 2 harleys with camping equipment, and lots of luggage!
