  Always reliable

  Liked: Our regular stop when driving from Portugal to the UK Safe parking. Comfy beds. Great location for walking into Salamanca.

  Great property/accommodation and parking Don’t eat in the bar/cafe!!!!

  Liked: The property was great. Huge airy rooms very comfortable. Short walk straight into the city centre.

  Disliked: We stopped in the bar/cafe for a light supper. My food was inedible, it was so bad. No one came to check all was ok. I tried to find someone to complain to, but that was impossible!! Reported my disappointment at reception the following morning and got a shrug. Such a shame as everything else was excellent.

  Liked: The hotel was beautiful and the views were stunning.

  Disliked: We were not told that we'd need to book for dinner and had to leave to find a restaurant in the pouring rain.

  Excellent location and accommodation but improve the breakfast service pleaae

  Liked: Location and ease of access to the town centre

  Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing. Supposed to be able to order hot eggs and bacon but they were left congealing on a hot plate (but not very hot). Ordered some migros as I like to try local dishes and when it arrived finally after 2 reminders it was lukewarm and had two eggs from the hot plate on it. Not up to the usual parador breakfast standard we are used to.
