  Excellent place to stay and great value

  Liked: Great location with parking downstairs. Close to everything so you do not need to use the car. Apartment had everything we needed.

  An absolute find and so close to all local sites

  Liked: This place is nice, clean, comfortable and close to all the local tourist attractions in walking distance. Felix who we met was absolutely amazing, if I ever return to Salamanca would definitely book this place again.

  Nice balkony with a serenade

  Liked: I was on a conference at the Palacio de Congresos, and this property is very near to that. Also, the city center, restaurants and shops are very close. The apartment has a balkony looking at a silent backyard where having a breakfast is a great experience. A neighbour plays the guitar and sings spanish songs during the day which was very also delightful. The washingmachnie was super useful.

  Disliked: The bathroom is a bit narrow especially when 2 wants to hang around, as well as the kitchen, but such situations can be avoided.
