  Gorgeous flat in the perfect location

  Liked: Beautiful apartment with all the necessary amenities. Excellent location. Soundproof windows and shutters to lock out the nightime noise. There was even an elevator, which was a nice surprise. Looked just like the photos. And there was even a cozy pull out bed for my friend so we each had our own separate place to sleep.

  Disliked: Really the only thing to complain about was a strange smell in the stairwell of the building, like old pipes. It was rather unpleasant, but did not impact us once we were in the flat.

  Clean, modern, comfy studio in the very heart of Salamanca

  Liked: The property was very communicative and always responded quickly. There were codes to both enter the building and the room itself and it was all very easy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room was very clean, and the bathroom large and spacious. My room was at the back of the building, so despite being in the very center of the casco historico, it was VERY QUIET, even on a Saturday night.

  Disliked: I hate those coffeemakers with the pods that everyone has nowadays - they are not always intuitive to use and this one needed some "fiddling" in order for it to work. I also wish the property would leave more pods.

  Liked: Very clean and nicely decorated, excellent location and while central it was very quiet at night

  Disliked: Everything was fine, although the room was not very big and it was rather expensive when I travelled there

  Liked: Room was clean with lots of space and amenities - coffee maker, microwave, dishes, good sized refrigerator. Location was great - a few minutes from Plaza Mayor and 5 min from cathedral. Great value for the space.

  Disliked: A little noisy at night and early morning (truck deliveries), but this was expected given the location on the main tourist street between the Plaza Mayor and the cathedral.

  Easiness of checkin, clean

  Liked: The apartment seemed well clean. The bed was comfortable and the check in was extremely easy.

  Disliked: Parking was difficult, floor and other appliances(shower) need fixing. However, none of those affect the functionality of the apartment. Two coffee capsules would have been nice to have.
