  Huge bed, room to breathe, and super friendly, warm staff who made me feel welcome, even arriving at 1 a.m

  Liked: Vincci Hotel Salamanca was a great find. The room was spacious, the bed was massive (like, could fit three people massive), and the bathroom was huge too. Daily cleaning was spot on. Breakfast was solid, Spanish style, with some veg options. The location is quiet but just a 10 to 15 minute walk to the university and the pedestrian center. What really stood out, the people. I arrived close to 1 a.m. and they were kind, helpful, even printed things I needed for a conference. I even considered switching to an Airbnb downtown, but having that 24/7 support and calm made all the difference. Five stars for me.

  Disliked: Would have loved a sauna or gym, but otherwise everything was perfect.

  Liked: Barman was an absolute delight. Friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: Cleanliness Also 1st hotel in my life that does not refill or gives you fresh / new water daily. (We had to buy from the bar downstairs) Cleaning was not done fully, garbage cans where not emptied on daily basis. Housekeeping knocked on our door. We went downstairs so she could clean the room. 40min later we go upstairs and they didn't even start our room.... Calling a taxi can only be done on the spot downstairs. Hotel reception didn't call for the time needed it.

  Liked: Lovely room, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, excellent location about a 10-15 minute walk across the Roman bridge to the city centre, secure parking and EV charging.

  Disliked: Restaurant meal was disappointing.

  Shall come here again

  Liked: A good hotel, staffed by people who know what they're doing. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Had the express breakfast and it was good value for money. Very helpful waiters.
