Fresh and clean apartment with access to centre of Santander
Liked: Well renovated fresh and clean apartment. Quality appliances in kitchen. Close ( 200m ) to the funicular into the centre of Santander. Owner is very communicative and helpful.
Disliked: Apartment is in a suburb high above the centre. There are stairs but no lift. The apartment is above a bar so there is noise at night especially as there is no air conditioning so, if hot, you need to keep the windows open. The apartment is fresh and clean but lacks the touches to make it cosy such as lamps and bedside table.

Exceptional apartment in a prime location 😎
Liked: The property is furnished to a very high standard with a very modern kitchen and high end appliances. The WiFi was very good and views over the garden to the rear was nice and peaceful. The location is great for the beaches and the town with a free funicular that drops you down into the centre. Parking easy and couldn’t fault anything. Marta the owner was very helpful and provided a vast amount of information and recommendations. 😎

Excellent, spacious, well-located, modern apartment
Liked: The apartment is very bright and airy and extremely comfortable. Nice beds, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and very nice shower room. Parking right outside. The location is also very good. 15 minutes walk down into the main restaurant area. Perfect. Marta, the host, is a treasure. Always available to help, guide and advise. A real pleasure to deal with her.
