Liked: A convenient and well-equipped basis to explore the lively city of Santander

Liked: It had all basic needs.
Disliked: The apartment was dark with poor natural light. The apartment was small and with the lack of natural light it felt even smaller. Coloured linen used on bed. It felt cheap. No top sheet on bed just duvet. Two Towels were wet and didn’t smell good. This really turned me off as it suggested there were not change from guest before. At this point you question all hygiene. Poor selection of pillows, two soft and there were two in wardrobe without covers and had some small stains. Linen was polyester which added to overheating in bed. Proper white high tread count linen and towels should be a minimum. Not cheap coloured stuff not suitable for commercial use. No water in apartment etc. little touches like that make a difference. The biggest thing was no AC in the unit. Weather was good and the apartment was baking hot. The window on the bedroom was directly on to public street. You could not stay in this unit in hot weather and enjoy the experience.
