  OK stay among locals

  Liked: It was nice that the appartment was easy to access by car. It was in a neighborhood next to an elderly stay. We collected the keys via a machine. We did like that we were among locals. There is a large shopping centre on a few hundred meters, allthough the shop across the street had almost all we need.

  Disliked: It could use a renovation and having proper bin collection instead of throwing in the garbage chute. The bed and the sofa in the living room were pretty basic. It was pretty expensive because it was during the eclipse. Personally I find it unfriendly that you need to collect the keys via a machine, maybe it is ok for regular visitors.

  Wonderful quiet place to stay with nice pool and communal park area

  Liked: Great apartment with pool and outside area. Good places to eat nearby. Very convenient for ferry. Would definitely stay here again.

  Disliked: Check in process was dire - mainly because of the receptionist who had to provide the code for the check-in technology who was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Next we had to find and use the check-in technology - this sort of worked but was overly complex requiring passport scans for every guest. Very, very slow and cumbersome. Apartment really made up for it!

  Everything was ok

  Liked: Apartments are well equipped. We could find everything we needed. Location is close to stores and bars/ restaurants

  Disliked: Check in process is taking too much time, all the communication is in Spanish

  Disliked: Difficult to check in, we’ve got wrong password and we had to fill up all passport details, adress, phone numbers, signature and it was impossible to change the language into English so I had to translate everything. Also there were no electric kettle in the apartment

  Comfortable stay near Santander

  Liked: The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable. There is a restaurant nearby for breakfast and meals. Make sure you register online beforehand and have the Alday reservation number at hand. Otherwise the self check in and parking worked fine.

  Disliked: The neighbourhood is residential with flats. There are not many shops nearby. Make sure to time the bus or train to Santander well. They’re not very frequent. Use the Renfe website to check the updated train schedule. Google Maps is not reluable in this case.

  Exceptional environment and people

  Liked: All are so confortable, cleanning and respectful with petitions: the staff are so grateful with clients and, yeah, it is an excellent experience, we will come in the future:).

  Disliked: The Auto Check-In machine have some issues to detected the cards, and I added the DNI in the more properly form, that it have errors. Thanks!
