Disliked: there was nothing i did nt like
Liked: Lovely, clean, airy and comfortable apartment. Generous host Miguel provided a well stocked fridge and cupboard, and made great recommendations for local restaurants.
Disliked: No built in air-conditioning during an unexpected heat wave which reached 31°

Liked: The place was very clean and new. The owner very friendy and helpfull. Nice parkingspot in the garage and the refrigerator full of things for the breakfast “ a al casa”. This owner understands how to manage a good place.
Disliked: We were in august and it was very hot this week so also in the apartment it was quite warm to sleep. Price was very high but everything in Bilbao and Santander had very high prices these weeks. It will stop people from coming.

Liked: The cleanest apartment I have ever rented. It was also a spacious apartment. Very nice to have a stocked fridge on arrival. The parking is next door and spacious. It's close to the center, and worth the 3 min extra walk compared to competitors. It's excellent value for money, totally recommending it.
Disliked: There is a lot of clutter in the apartment. We have a small child so we had to move quite a bit of stuff to one of the bedrooms, including the small glass table. It took about 20 minutes to move everything and 20 to move it back. But it was worth it, the apartment is just great. Ps: I also recommended unplugging the air fresheners that are hidden everywhere. There were so many of them that it was a strong smell. But again, 1 minute job if you don't like it. So not really impacting my overall rating.
