Exceptional
I'll be back!
Liked: The place was spotless,The bed was comfortable and despite it being on a busy street the room was quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful.I would highly recommend it and look forward to staying there again on my next visit.it is an excellent location close to the shops, restaurants and the bus and train stations.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike...it exceeded expectations.
Fantastic, cannot recommend it enough, very good value for money
Liked: Alvaro & Oscar met us outside the property, escorted us in, gave us a map with all the details of the area, recommended restaurants, two of which we tried and found to be really amazing. We had requested separate twin beds but the bed was made up as a double - they changed it for us immediately on arrival. Told us the best place for breakfast, just really helpful. Fabulous view of the square below from our little balcony - which had 2 chairs & a table - it was heaven!
Disliked: Nothing!
Liked: Very spacious and modern room in a very good location. Great communication. Very helpful with restaurant recommendations.
Great location
Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the location as it is close to the paseo de pereda and many outstanding restaurants. We liked having a kettle and coffeemaker in our room. Santander is a beautiful coastal city and enjoyed it immensely. Muchas gracias por todos.
Disliked: The front door key 🔑 is sometimes a bit hard to turn.
We loved it here and would return on a future trip
