Exceptional
Very nice stay, in a charming hotel
Liked: Beautifully decorated, well located, and very cool staff
Disliked: Just need hooks in the room for the towel, as well as a stand for the luagage
Great location and hotel and staff were great
Liked: Staff were extremely helpful with recommendations and suggestions for things to do and restaurants which were excellent and gave you a delicious Spanish meal
Disliked: The glass bathroom is never a favourite
Liked: Everything
Excellent service
Liked: The staff were great. Very helpful indeed. Happy to be flexible on us leaving luggage and also on when we checked out. The room was spacious with comfortable bed. We enjoyed the Marcelo Caramelo sweets at reception!
Disliked: Having the washbasin in our bedroom space rather than the bathroom was a bit strange.
Very good!
Liked: good location, modern, room big enough, coffee and tea in the room + water. we were advised that our rooms were ready earlier than "official check in" time, we appreciated that.
Disliked: the bed mattress was not as hard as I would have preferred. the door to the bathroom did not close properly. I do not really understand this concept of "see through" bathrooms, but maybe that is just me.
Beautifully clean, wonderful little balcony, very comfortable mattress, helpful staff
