  Excellent apartment with a cozy balcony in a very quiet location

  Liked: The silence and quality of the mattresses are excellent. I slept like a badger.

  Disliked: The smoke detector above the stove was triggered by cooking.

  Liked: Location is great, 50m from the bus (the ride to the city center takes 10 to 15min). The accommodation is nice, just as described, pretty big, comfy; Host is reactive. Bakery and supermarket nearby.

  Exceptional

  Liked: Perfect location, close to the beach, beautiful scenery very close to the location. Short bus journey to the centre. Grocery shops and nice pubs/ restaurants within walking distance. Loved it.

  Disliked: No concerns really. Would be nice if the pool was opened but it didn't bother us too much

  Comfortable modern two bedroom flat, close to the coast

  Liked: Very comfortable flat. On the fourth floor, with a lift. Two bedrooms both with a double bed, great shower in the bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, sitting room, plus a balcony with a table for two. All looking new and in great order. There is a swimming pool outside in the grounds, in use in high summer. There are restaurants in walking distance. It would be possible to cook in the flat, all the necessary equipment is provided. There are quite a few bus stops nearby. We mostly used Los Agustinos, which had a choice of buses. Number 4 was a useful route!

  Disliked: Santander is a lovely place, but hillier than we imagined. Quite a climb from the beach back to the flat - about a 10 minute walk.

  Superb

  Liked: The apartment was bright and spacious. The bedrooms were very comfortable. I loved the lights. We loved the shower and the availability of toiletries. The bathroom mirror was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked.

  Disliked: The plastic plants, not enough tea towels in the kitchen. Ideally more laundry tablets. An information folder with places to visit would be beneficial.

  Liked: Good location. Calm and silent district. Good views from windows. Special thanks for personal who quickly reacted on all our questions/ enquiries.

  Disliked: Not comfortable mattresses in bedrooms. Oven was not clean enough. Electric socket in bathroom was not working.
