Liked: Excellent location. Very clean and had all the necessary facilities. Excellent communication with host.
Family fall stay
Liked: We had a long stay, family with pets, and it was easy to make it feel like home. Spacious and easy to keep clean. Short walk to the bay and beaches, also groceries and shopping.
Disliked: We were there in the fall and it can get pretty chilly. It is also on the third floor with no elevator, but we got used to it.
Felt at home in Santander
Liked: The flat is very central and within walking distance of everythingwe wanted to do in Santander. The flat was very clean and spacious, and Andrea was very responsive, helpful and friendly. We would definitely consider staying here again!
Disliked: The only downside is that the flat is on the top floor without a lift. Although it's only a second story flat, the way the flats are distributed it means walking up 4 flights of stairs. Not a big problem except when arriving or leaving if you have lots of luggage. Nothing too bad!

Liked: Good location, within walking distance to both Sardinero area and city center. Recent renovation, so windows are excellent in terms of insulation of both weather and sound. The space is comfortable and tastefully done. Andrea was helpful and responsive.
