Fabulous
I loved Santander and this was a handy base to explore
Liked: Great location, very central. Bedrooms were nice. Quite good value.
Disliked: It looked nice but fixtures weren’t very high quality - the blind fell down the first time we opened it.
Comfortable bolt hole near the city centre
Liked: The location was great, quiet yet convenient for the city's sights and transport links. It was well kept and clean. The beds were comfy. It was a little warm for us as there is no aircon but it has suitable shutters to keep out heat. The wifi was good and the host was available on WhatsApp if needed. There were supplies in the kitchen of washing up liquid etc to get you started.
Disliked: Online check in did not work smoothly for us, filled in the form twice, links sent back did not work first time and we were on the way to airport dealing with messages back and forth. This should be sorted out 48 hours before so you don't have that stress on the day of travel. The shower room is a bit mouldy around the window and the floor is always getting wet the way the shower door is positioned.
Lovely stay in a lovely location
Liked: Perfect apartment. Great location, lovely finishes. Washing tabs included, easy check in.
Disliked: No kettle. The body wash and shampoo had been massively watered down and ran out on day 1.
Nice and clean flat with good ubication
Liked: Was clean nice ubication
Disliked: The shower is small and difficult to close.
Difficult arrival as access time not set up correctly by staff and remote WhatsApp conversation was very difficult
Liked: For a small place it was well equiped
Disliked: Impossible to get in the shower as the door blocked proper entry - attached on the wrong side
Liked: Beautifully clean, comfortable, stylish, great location. We booked at the last minute due to transport difficulties and the owner did amazingly to finish excellent cleaning and let us access the property in advance of the usual check-in time, fir which we were very grateful.
Disliked: All was great.
