Fabulous
Liked: Staff great, clean comfy room shower was tricky. Position of hotel was higher than I would have liked but on the street goung up was escalators and a lift to the road which was really good if you'd been for a walk and was feeling it.
Disliked: Not much to say about not liking the hotel it was good value for money good position, not for non walkers.
Liked: Exceptional! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was huge with the biggest bed I've ever seen! And so comfortable! The breakfast is included in the price and what a choice! The location is excellent. I do not have doubts where I would stay next time in Santander.
