Liked: The staff were great. Good recommendations in Santander. Great bike storage.
Good overnight stay before catching ferry next day. Good restaurant nearby but need to book
Liked: Nice area. You can walk down to the city very easily or alternatively buses also stop very near hotel. Easy to get to port. Staff were lovely. Good secure parking.
Disliked: Lovely old building but probably needs some updating.
Liked: Location for the ferry and parking. Comfortable bed and good shower. Lots of places to eat in the surrounding area.
Disliked: Hotel is tired, staff unnoticeable as they did not communicate, bedroom floor very creaky, there was no atmosphere.

Disliked: Its a beautiful building but the rooms are a little tired and could do with a little bit of the extra touch. I couldn't use the tv as the remote control was faulty. Also the restaurant is closed at the moment.
