Fabulous
Terrible conditions, check-in scam, and constant threats of fines — would not recommend to anyone
Liked: The room was clean and well-maintained upon arrival. It was equipped with useful amenities, including a hairdryer, iron, microwave, fridge, and plenty of towels. Additionally, when I noticed there was no cutlery, the host responded quickly and brought spoons upon my request.
Disliked: My overall stay was ruined by multiple critical issues. First, the host attempted to scam me by demanding an extra fee for checking in during the official hours clearly listed on Booking.com, only waiving it after I threatened to report them to support. Second, the property is a 3-4 bedroom apartment split into cramped units with an endless list of strict rules and fines for everything, including leaving trash or opening windows. Third, the room was horribly stuffy—the bathroom ventilation was clogged with dirt, extremely noisy, and provided no fresh air. Fourth, it was impossible to sleep due to heavy train traffic continuously screeching and braking right outside the window. Finally, basic kitchen items like knives and forks were missing completely.
